Today, I have a meeting with a customer. And I’m very impressed for their feedback after launch a service using our product. The feedback includes so detailed comment of upside and downside from their engineers. I understood quickly that they spend much time to make feedback. That’s really helpful for us to improve our product and organization. In Japan, most customers and prospects don’t react to our product, and dislike to spend much time for feedback like this customer. Of cause they definitely react when we make some outage 🙂
